Studio T Pro Edition is dedicated to professional training using synergistic routines incorporating biomechanics into applied practice. We are on a never ending mission for excellence.

Mission Planning
Studio T’s synergistic workouts are road-tested by expert movers… and only the strongest survive. The ongoing mission of this online STPro Edition is to document these workout routines and their individual exercise components so that the essential technical aspects can be understood and self-taught.

Execution
In the Denver, CO facility, Studio T teaches “synergistic” workouts. These are routines designed as a muscle-activation sequence (or “flow”). They work like a NASA launch sequence to activate the human body’s dynamic core power to produce capabilities unattainable by simplistic one-off exercise training routines.
Making Synergistic Accessible with Structured Routines
- The Shred Betty (core integration for powerful hips, sturdy knees & ankles)
- Hit It & Quit (deep low ab core activation for improved lumbar mechanics)
- Muay Thai Latte (advanced rotational mechanics for martial arts, combat & dance)
- The Kobe Bryant (soft landing mechanics – eg. dance, basketball, Parkour)
- Black, Gray & Scrappy Ops (advanced coordination for service personnel)
- The Supermodel (active recovery from competitions with dynamic flexibility)
- You May Now Approach The Bench (spine mobility & mechanics for weight lifting)
- Primal Therapy (advanced shoulder – with bar and Vo2 max crushing ground work)
Synergistic Training – A New Term for Old School
Like ancient forms of mastery, this contemporary style of integrated programming trains the brain and body together – maximizing the return invested from the physical challenge and time spent. No pain no gain – yes – but consider also – No brain, no gain. Science reveals what an athlete quickly learns in the early days: physical strength and skill is all in your head.
Martial artists are true masters of leveraging the human body’s biomechanical processes in an optimal way to defy gravity, generate rotational force and enable robust total body health and capability. These training methods are a vast and largely untapped resource of cross-training ideas for truly synergistic workouts – until the Studio T Pro Edition.
Studio T creates synergistic routines with movements from the following disciplines: Shaolin martial arts, boxing, Horton Ballet, gymnastics, Pilates, Muay Thai, Wing Chun and Tai Chi. These are blended with contemporary methods found in military fitness, Parkour, Firefighter workouts and weight lifting.
Synergistic in Practice – Driving Results and Breakthroughs
Viewing workout design from a biomechanical perspective, Studio T distills only the most effective moves to design challenging cross-training and sports rehabilitation plans. To engage neural learning processes that stimulate growth, every plan includes an element of risk and instability to challenge body systems to adapt and and evolve biomechanical strategies and patterns in muscle memory.

The human physiology is much more intelligent than your trainer, and yes, even Studio T Pro (shhh, ego, down boy). A quick study of robotics will easily reveal that the human cognitive mind is still light years behind the computational skill and prowess of the subconscious neural processes constantly running our amazing machine. But for a trainer, there is no substitute for planning, charts, knowledge, biomechanics, anatomy and planning.
Behind the scenes, Studio T does the analysis and planning and tests each of these routines. This is a key differentiator for an effective synergistic routine- the necessary background in mathematics, physics and statistics to create a biomechanically productive routine.

Effective Communication
By client request, these routines are now being uploaded, each as a separate blog post – and referenced by Category on the Tao of Awesome page of this website.

If you have any questions or ideas on routines, please contact Studio T Pro. We probably have similar issues, training needs and challenges. For example, improving a tennis backhand, learning the butterfly stroke or discovering better dislocated shoulder recovery strategies. Misery loves company, so Get At Me here: Get at me…
