Total body integrated rotational mechanics such as punching and kicking are challenging and high intensity cross-trains excellent for building total physical health, capability and resilience.  Many strong advanced movers do not have an awareness of lumbar dysfunctions and shoulder patterns that are suboptimal or disrupted.  At the heart of these skills are biomechanics that are often overlooked in mainstream fitness.  But not at the professional level.  STPro is making professional training techniques more available now by building this website repository.

In martial arts, punching and kicking have a proper technical form.  Likewise, a good tennis serve is a technical form.  There may be many forms of a solid serve, but certain technical essentials are common for all tennis serves.  All good tennis serves require the same essential foundational movement skills across the entire kinetic chain that are healthy, strong and functioning effectively.

The weakest link takes the whole system down.  Otherwise risk and injury are ensured on repetitive execution of rotational tasks.   A common example is lumbar dysfunction that causes a breakdown in body mechanics.
